Re: [VAL] Question

My RAM has the Cummins diesel. It will pull up a wall if I could get traction.
The weak link is the transmission and convertor. 78K miles and I need a new
transmission. I've just ordered a new F-350 with the 6.0 V8 diesel. One of the
things that sold me on the truck was the tow command option. I can't find anyone
who has it, but I like the specs and literature.

Get a F-250 or 350 used with the 7.3 PowerStroke diesel. Tom Patterson's
gets awesome mileage, great performance, and the resale is super when your
ready. Performance chips, Jake brakes, and tons of goodies are available
everywhere. Several of my friends hauling goosnecks with 10K pound forklifts
have in excess of a million miles on them and the Allison Automatics hold up
under extreme punishment. The harder that turbo works in the thin-air
mountains, the better it performs.

My 95 F-350 PS diesel 4dr dually could care less what it is pulling. It just
works good! The newer ones like Tom's are extremely quieter.
