Don't know how far your from a military installation, but if there is one 
near you. You may luck up and find one that came off of a piece of 
equipment. They are on most ground equipment used around aircraft, weapons 
trailers, power units etc... They are not motorized, just manual lever but 
you can adjust the cable with the handle.
If I can remember I'll look in the T.O. and see if I can get you a part 
number. May be able to find one, new.
