I'm not sure I have a plan yet. I did buy some over center latch handles
from Harbor Freight that might do the trick if they are heavy duty enough. I
imagine one might be able to find the over center parking brake handles that
older pickups used to have, and set it up just like parking brakes on
cars/trucks. I would love to hear anyone else's solution to this problem.
