[VAL] No Homecoming Rally at Jackson Center this year?

Gang,

I have been trying to map out our schedule (maybe itinerary would be a
better word) for 2006.  I just went to the Airstream web site to see if
they had set a date for the 2006 Homecoming Rally.  We greatly enjoyed
the last two Homecoming rallies, and of course, Jackson Center is only
70 miles up the road from us.

I was surprised to find the following announcement on their web site,

"Airstream will NOT be hosting a Homecoming Festival in 2006 but rather
celebrating their 75th anniversary with the introduction of new special
edition products and dealership support."

Some of the folks on this list seem to have inside contacts at
Airstream.  Anybody heard why this change in direction?
