There is a code that required internally tinned tubing for natural gas, LP 
gas and Propane, but it shouldn't be a problem for your installation.  This 
requirement is principally for long term residential use, due to the 
possibility of erosion of the internal surfaces over time (greater than 1- 
years).

I wouldn't worry about it if it was my installation.
