My 1971 tradewind was in die need of a new A/C shroud a few years ago. 
The replacement shroud from InladRV was white gel coat.
I simply fitted it to the old A/C, then took it back off and sent it to 
a automotive body shop, to get it painted metallic silver.
It looked great, all the way until I sold the trailer this spring.
You can use spray paint from a rattle can, but I felt that the 
pro-paint lasts longer and looks nicer.
Besides, it's much more expensive.
