Hi Rick:
	If I were replacing a water heater, I'd seriously consider the 
on-demand models that are available. I put one in my '56 Bubble and it 
works quite well. When on shore power (water especially), you basically 
have an unlimited supply of hot water. The heater comes on when the hot 
water faucet is turned on. It has a piezo lighter and runs on propane. 
The box that encloses the whole thing is very compact. My $0.02 worth.
