Hi Rich,

Very interesting...thanks for that.  This one is Ford powered, and doesn't
look like an armored car, but I'd sure like to see the one you wrote about!
Several of my friends, knowing I like oddball 'objets d'aluminum', send me
pictures of neat stuff on wheels they find on the 'net.  Should one which even
might match your description arise, I'll be sure to let you know about it.
