[VAL] To overdrive or not to overdrive...

I have heard (maybe from the list) to never tow in overdrive.  I'm hoping 
some of the towing veterans out there can give me a definitive answer on 
this subject.  Is it okay to tow in overdrive?  If not, what is the risk to 
the transmission?  Is it more about keeping RPMs up for power or is it a 
matter of preventing damage to the transmission?  We're towing our '61 Bambi 
(about 2500# loaded) with our 2000 Toyota 4Runner (6 cyl, trans cooler).  
It's been towing well, but I'm just curious to get some definitive answers 
on the overdrive question.

We'll be at the Airstream factory on Monday 6/27.  I guess I could just ask 
them.  Brilliant!
