Barb, Last time I removed a set of numbers I used an old towel and an iron. Get the towel wet and place it over the numbers (perferably in full sunlight). Take the iron, put it on low. Iron the numbers for a minute, try peeling them off. Worked for me, perhaps it will work for you. Scott
