During the sixties the wedding light lenses were used on practically all 
travel trailers.
My Uncle had a '62 Aristocrat that had them and at one point I had a '66 
Ideal that had them.  Even the old 9 or 10 foot cabover campers had them.  Maybe 
you might try buying a new set of contemporary tail lights and asking some old 
geezer if he would like to trade his pair of his old Shasta for a pair!
