Pam if you have to remove the floor tile check for rot if it is not too bad 
it can be treated with pinitrating epoxy also at that time I jacked up each 
side to tilt the trailer and pored the pinitrating epoxy all along the sider or 
the floor so it would seap into yhe channel and seal the floor so it would be 
less likely to rot if any further leaks occured check very closly around the 
wheel wels there can be provlems there.
