Hi Steve:
   I'd love to see the pictures. I did a frame-on floor replacement and 
just used the foam rolls that came with the manufactured flooring - not 
Pergo, but similiar kind of stuff - from Belgium I think. So far so 
good. And I also put the plywood directly atop the frame. The bellypan 
was a mess and it got replaced after all of the above plus holding 
tanks were added. Fun, huh?
