Daisy,
I agree with you- none of the elements of the work I did to our shower 
would be wise to attempt when you're living in the trailer. Ours was 
out of commission for a couple of weeks during this process.
That said, we are happy with the results, the shower functions as we'd 
hoped, and gravity has become our friend..
