Richard-

All of the strange behavior by the charge wizard occurs when I'm 
plugged in to shore power. There is no rhyme or reason as to timing, 
although it (the pulsing) may be more apparent when the load on the DC 
electrics is high (e.g. lots of lights on, etc).  I understand the 
intellicharger and wizard aren't working when I'm boondocking. Their 
job is to convert AC to DC- there's no AC when I'm not pugged in..
