Hi Steve, On my '73, the blue was actually a vinyl tape that was pop riveted on. I think you can still get the tape. I was really bored with the idea of drilling out all those rivets and then recaulking the trim band, so I did paint it. I used Rustoleum blue, which is proably Ford tractor blue. Daisy
