[VAL] Lurching to birching

As homage to some of the early wood interiors, we'd like to use some 
birch (a bit of trim here, a bit of ply there) in the updating of our 
'73 Safari. Question: what kinds of sealer/finish have produced good 
results for you? Our definition of "good results" in this situation 
would be:

	non glossy--'satin' or less--and,

	non-yellowing over time.
