All-Rite Plastics made my fresh water tank to my exact dimensions. I'm sure
they can make a black water one quite easily. Mine was right to size, not
over or under by 1/16". Good thing because it fit exactly as drawn up. They
even put in the threaded openings exactly where specified without extra
cost. They're at all-rite.com and can work from faxed drawings. I had to go
through my RV store without any mark-up though.
