Joy - I had a Dexter straight axle with electric brakes put on my '56
Bubble. This raised the trailer 3 additional inches but I can't tell
you much more since it's been up on jacks getting rebuilt ever since. I
think the total bill, including new break-away mechanism and 7-prong
wiring and Prodigy hookup was under $1K. Some stock trailer shop guys
did it.
