[VAL] Rocky Mountain VAC Rally 2004

Hello All
Can anyone tell me the proposed dates for the 2004 Rocky Mountain Rally?  I
would like to attend but have to put in for next years vacation time within
the next 2 days.  Any help asap would greatly be appreciated.
