I looked at the picture - does the fact that the valve stem seems to exit via a "split: in the wheel and not a hole in the wheel help ID? Also, "you can barely see the ring" - what ring - I don't see a ring although I may be looking at one. Sorry I'm a real beginner on wheels. thanks anyway. Jo Ann
