    Hello all.
Just wanted to pass on some info on a campground in North Georgia.
It's called Sleepy Hallow Campground and is just 2 miles east of Unicoi State
Park.
Good location and close to Helen, Cleveland. Full hook-ups, water/elect/sewer
cost $20.00 a night. Sites are not paved but are fairly level, has gravel.
There is a fire ring at each site so the kids can roast marshmallows. It used
to have a horse stable, since it was a pasture at one time before they made it
into a campground. Plenty of trees around the sites that kind of circle a
large open field in the center. Great for the kids to be able to run and play,
there is a small playground but not much to it other than a few swings and
slide. There are 2 ponds and a very nice creek that runs along one side, yes
there is trout in it if you like to fish.
The way the sites are laid out if the kids wear you out and they still
want to play they have full run of the field, and you can easily see them
while your resting at your camp site relaxing. Plus if they do sneak over to
the creek, you can still see them, it's not very deep, but there are a few
places it may drop to about 4 feet.
There is also a large hill that is covered by clay on one slope that the kids
will enjoy going up and down, so make sure they have some old play clothes for
that.
They do not have a web site as yet but are working on it. They are listed
under one of the Chamber of Commerce web sites though (helenga.org, I think)
so you can get directions from it. Phone number is 706-878-2618

Take care
Bobby
