Dr. Gerald,

Our '64 Dometic finally died this summer. After calling most of the
resources on R.J. Dial's site, the only one that would rebuild it was
Cool-Fun in Irwindale, CA (ask for Sal). It cost $350 plus shipping each
way, they totally rebuilt the 'boiler unit', cleaned and repainted
everything and tested it. It now works perfect, it is still completely
original/stock and the best part is that it cost about half of a new
unit. I highly recommend them.

There is also a air hose driven caulking gun that doesn't require
squeezing, but it costs more than $15 or 20 the last I looked. The
skeleton gun I used today cost a whole $2.94 at Lowe's. If it works
through four or five tubes it will have better live than the others and
still won't run the cost of caulking up that much.

I use a caulking gun on a daily basis. My recommendation...if you can find
them are the English made COX, I have one that is over 15 years old and
still going strong. They can be disassembled for cleaning. Home Despot was
selling them at one time but now sells a cheap Chinese version. Another
alternative, though pricey is a battery powered caulk gun from Milwaukee or
AEG same gun different colors.

    All,

Today I'm offering up four small Melamine cereal/soup bowls. They are
split pea soup green and 5 1/2" in diameter.

I just bought eight of them on eBay and don't need them all so I want to
find another home for the remaining four.

If you think you could use these bowls for your Airstream or whatever
and don't just want them for resale, they're yours. You just have to be the
first to respond to this email and I'll send them to you right away.

The only other thing you have to do is to be willing to cover the
postage, that's it. When you get the box, look at the cost on the box and
send that amount only to me at my return address also shown there.

I already have them repacked, awaiting your address information.

    Good luck,

    Glyn Judson
