Rats! I definitely would have cried - the sheer frustration of it. Oh 
well, thank goodness for Rick, but I bet he caught hell from Mr. 
Whoever after you left. Not much else you could have done in that 
situation. Sounds like the service manager didn't want the repair job 
at all. Too bad. At least now they're committed (I would think) to the 
repairs and additions. Did they even give you an estimate?
