[VACList] de-winterizing

Greetings List;
 This weekend I will be going to use my AS for the first time this season.
Last season I had it winterize. Since I am very new to using a camper,
I don't know how to go about de-winterizing. The anti-freeze that they
fill the pipes is of more interest to me. "I hate cooking with antifreeze"
 I'ts there any chem that I need to get to get the antifreeze taste
out........
Any other things I should do before I blow anything off.......
