The mylar in my vista view windows is peeling off and is blocking the views 
through these windows.  The inside pane appears to be plastic.  I was thinking 
of taking a dremel tool and cutting out the inside pane and leaving them as 
single pane windows.  I could remove the mylar and clean the glass.
Has anyone done this to solve this problem?
