Tom,

You've got that right.  The aircraft sheetmetal work has to be good 
because the stakes are so much higher -  an aircraft repairperson who 
did things the cheap way instead of the right way would soon run out of 
clients!  Interestingly, though, Executive Air Repair didn't charge any 
more for doing the job right than the authorized Airstream shop bid to 
do it the easy way.  Go figure.

I'm glad to hear your assessment of the Vulkem-dipped (I don't know 
how to spell it either, and I'm too lazy to go to the freezer to check...) 
CherryMax rivets, because that's what I let them talk me into using, 
even though they're not an exact match for the original rivets, style-wise.
