OK, just bought my first airstream and I've got some questions. 

Some of the veneer on the cabinets in my 18' 1959 Traveler has pealed off. 
Any hints on how to repair it? Also, if I need to replace a piece what kind 
of plywood is it and how do I match the stain? It a polyurethane or shellac 
finish? I'm sure someone out there has tackled this problem already!
