[VACList] rivet question

i have a standand rivet tool that uses rivets that have a hole in them and 
what looks like a nail thru the hole and the rivet tool graps the nail and 
expand the rivet

if you will look on lawn chair or other items you will find a rivet that does 
not have a hole through it but does have a regular rivet head but the other 
side is flaired like
copper tubing

does any know where to get the tool and rivets for this type ?????

looked in Enco master catalog and did not find them

this type maybe called a brad ?????
