1970 to 1977 Airstream trailers used a "KT" lock.

Airstreams suggested price for that lock is $546.06  (NO KIDDING)

Some dealers sell it for something less than that.

The other fix, is remove the lock, take or send it to someone that has "all" 
the parts, and have it repaired. This is the cheapest way to do it, or, 
repair it yourself. But be warned, that the individual parts are not cheap, 
either.

Also check the striker pocket, and the small "brass" shim, that's on the 
inside of the striker pocket. If the shim is worn, the pocket will cut a 
groove into the striker bolt.
