[VACList] 3D bathtub removal mystery

After talking to various folks, I have concluded that
it will be easier to do my floor repairs with the
bathtub removed.  I have taken out all the rivets and
cut the plumbing lines, thereby leaving the tub more
or less loose.  However, I can't seem to figure out
how to get it out of the corner. 

Can anyone explain this procedure?  I feel pretty sure
that it can be done without removing the 1x3 that
reinforces the wall at the door opening, because it
looks as though it was installed before the tub.
