Re: [VACList] Clearance Lights

First, be sure you check to see that there is power getting to the light 
contact. Then, with the bulb in place, touch a piece of wire to the bulb 
holder or fixture and thence to ground. If there is power, and the 
ground check makes the light work, you can either proceed as Scott 
suggests or drill, clean, and re-rivet the clearance light.  ~ Rik
