Sounds like the furnace is lighting then going out.  The thermostat is
trying to light again so the blower remains on, but something is stopping
the furnace is re-lighting.  I'd check the sail switch to ensure the fan is
turning fast enough for the furnace to remain lit.  Listen when the furnace
actually lights and monitor to see if it drops off soon after it is lit.  I
had the same problem some time back.  What makes it a little more difficult
is that the blower runs for some time before it lights and continues after
it is shut down.
