[VACList] Tank locks

I bought one of them when I got my new tanks.  They do not work with the 
spinner normally used to hold down the tanks.  Instead you use a 1/2 
inch nut and the lock encloses it.  The weird thing is that with a normal 
nut you can just turn the whole thing until it comes off the rod.  I solved 
this by buying a stainless steel locking nut (the kind with the plastic 
insert) which works well as long as the rod doesn't loosen at the bottom 
when you try to loosen the locking nut.
