[VACList] Plans for airstream hauler

Hello everyone:
I need your help.
I want to build [or maybe you have one for sale] a Trailer to haul Airstreams 
when purchased rather than having to make sure tires,bearings,lights,brakes,
etc are road ready for the long trip back home.
I want to be able to pull it up on the trailer using a wench and able to 
anchor it up front with a ball connection and then tie down the wheels like 
the little dolly tow types have,or something similar.
Does anyone out there have any ideas?
