I am trying to learn about plumbing stuff so I can
replumb my '71 Safari w/o leaks ;-)
My question is this.
I am keeping the copper line coming from the
outside city connection. Also, the connections from the water
heater. These are flair fittings.
Do I need to use teflon tape on flair
fittings?
I know I do on the MIP fittings. (oooh.
MIP fittings, I know some terminolgy so am I a plumber now ;-)
