Short term skin contact will not kill you or cause a serious health provlem for the average person. When I was in the fiberglass boat industry we scrubbed the resin off our hands and arms many times a day (we didn't know any better yhan) after many years I am still healthier than most 75 year olds.Having said that common sense is still the best policy.
