I totally agree with Jim.  My 66 Safari's H20 heater had over 3" of solid
mineral deposits all the way around.  At any time particles from inside the
heater can drift into the hot water pipes and clog or restrict flow.

I replaced with the on demand heater which is over $700 but a new Bowen can
be bought for half of that price.
