[VAC] Adding a Gray Water Tank

After a year with our 1973 Argosy 22 we have developed a leak in the black
water tank. This afternoon I removed the tank and plan to replace it with a
new one.

While working on it I also plan to drop the underbelly skin to inspect and
repair as necessary. I would also like to install a gray water holding tank
and revise the dumping layout to make it handier to use.

The black tank sets above the floor level between the shower and bathroom
wash basin. The trailer currently has the factory installed drainage
system - the shower, kitchen sink and bathroom wash basin all just drain
into a plastic plumbing fixture under the black water tank dump valve.

Before I start trying to re-invent the wheel, I wonder if a good way to make
these changes has been already worked out. I checked the VAC web pages and
did not see anything. I have been on and off the list the past year and
seem to remember seeing a reference to this kind of change on the list. Can
someone direct me to plans for adding a gray water tank and suggested
changes to the drainage/dumping system? Or perhaps someone who has made the
change can give me the benefit of their experience.

Thanks,
Keith Williams
