Curtis. The vents open in transit for two reasons. The first is the internal 
friction of the operators is gone, not that it was very much to start with. 
Secondly, lack of proper wheel balance, opens them in a jiffy. Bungee cords 
keep them closed but that doesn't do much for the rest of the trailer.
