[VAC] Weeping P/R Valve

Problem solved! After a day and a half of trying to clean and replace
washers I walked in our Local Hardware Store and found a exact match for the
P/R valve in my trailer ($10). After a little grunting and groaning and
running for more tools, 10 minutes later the new valve was in and the
problem fixed. Andy, the hole was in the floor for the relief water tube. I
can't imagine the thought process of trying to solve the weeping problem by
pointing the tube straight up. We could write a book, "Previous Owners, What
Was He Thinking?". Anybody want to start a thread on this subject?

What I find amazing about this restoration process and something I really
like is how difficult problems seem when you first encounter them and how
simple they are once you fix them. Great learning curve.

Thank you Jim and Andy. Your help is valuable, not only with my questions,
but with many others.
