Thanks for the facts Andy,
    I am in the last phase of a HUD grant which will be replacing my A/C
with Fantastic vent.  They are also replacing flooring and H20 heater (on
demand RV-500 & flex tubing)  Once all this is done by a contractor I will
jump back in with new plastic  lighting fixtures, replacement for Univolt
and fix that exhaust fan.  You got the light fixtures and the fan motor.
You'll get my biz :)
