         I've never used that in the spray can, but I often use what sounds 
like the same thing in a can- "3M General Purpose Adhesive Remover"- part 
number 051135-08984 .
         While this stuff isn't magic, it will allow removal of silicone 
caulk (it doesn't make it easy- just possible).
         One can goes a long way, but I use a *lot* of paper towels- and it 
has never harmed a finish for me yet (including my plasticoat).
