Hi Jon , The slight flair over the wheels might be due to trying to fit larger profile or wider tires in to tightly clearanced wheel wells. It can be tight squeeze , maybe the tire guy pulled on the skin a little too much trying to get new tires in ,once upon a time. Or it could the dreaded rear sag ... Chris 67 caravel
