Todd, the knobs are the same type that are or were used on some old radio
and TVs. You might try checking with some local TV repair shops which
usually have a bunch of old junker TVs around. You might be able to
cannibalize some knobs that way. A second possibility would be to search on
Ebay under antique radios. People collect those things.
