1. I suggest filled empty battery cells with electolite, not distilled 
water.  Don't forget to test it.
2. I belive it's time to repair/replace your univolt.  I repaired mine 
and regret doing it, although others have successfully repaired and 
wouldn't do it any other way.  If you want to know who repaired it, 
write me off line and I'll research it for you.
