Until the experts chime in, i'll venture a couple of opinions:

Your F250 should be perfectly suited for the job - it's got the wheelbase,
the gearing, and the power. Think in terms of what people were using in '78
and '79 to tow these behemoths... probably caddies and lincolns, and the
ever-popular suburbans.

re: the vacuum-brakes... i'd probably bypass the problem by replacing the
brakes on the trailer with electrics. not a huge expense, and probably save
money in the long run.

Hey - i think i saw a new Bambi in a gas station in Winnemucca... was it a
list member? only saw it from behind, so i didn't see any wbcci numbers.
