Patti,

I don't believe that there is a "stop" on your 67 Safari, only a valve for
the black water tank. Both gray and black should drain through the same
drain. Was the leak coming from the drain, or through the skin? If from the
drain I suspect that it was only water that was in the drain traps emptying
out as you first moved the trailer. If it was leaking through the skin, then
you definitely have something that needs to be fixed.
