Jerry,

I'm not familiar with your heater but mine has several safety devices and
an automatic shutoff if it gets the wrong signal from any of them. Low
water pressure sensor, water temp overheat and no gas flow all shut off the
automatic lighting system. However, I have found in all cases of mine not
lighting the problem is poor electrical connections. If you haven't tried
it yet, take each electrical connection off and reinsert them one at a
time. Just removing and reinserting them clean the contacts and mine has
always relit if the water is cold.
