[VAC] Walbernize problem

I put the Walbernize on , then a half a minute later buffed it off.  It is
coming back to haunt me.  I  keep getting filmy spots of Walbernize a few
days later, I buff it off.  Happens again, another spot.  What did I do
wrong ?  What should I do now ?  Thank-you !
